One-Time Setup
Connect a YouTube playlist and this page will automatically update every time you upload a new video.
How to get these (one time only):
Playlist ID — On YouTube, create a new playlist (e.g. "Leader Vision Videos"). Open it, and copy the code after list= in the URL.
API Key — Go to Google Cloud Console, create a project, enable "YouTube Data API v3", then create an API key. It's free for this level of usage.
After this setup, your only weekly step is: record a video and upload it to that playlist. This page does the rest.
